The staff showed great dedication and support during our stay.
Our overall experience was greatly marred by constant noise issues. The sound insulation clearly allowed disruptive noises from adjacent rooms, making it difficult to relax. To add to our frustration, we encountered dated plumbing fixtures that impacted our comfort throughout our stay.

Can recommend for short stay
Comfy beds, clean rooms, the wi-fi in rooms was excellent for keeping in touch with loved ones and the fitness centre offered great ways to stay active during my trip.

I had a delightful experience at Barcelo Tenerife Royal Level! The room was comfortable with a private indoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I felt like royalty with the exclusive Royal Level pool area, where peaceful vibes and attentive drink service made my sunbathing heavenly! The staff were approachable and always had a smile ready. the cleanliness wasn't up to par some days. One of my days, my room was overlooked for cleaning, and I had to reach out to get it sorted. The mini bar barely got stocked during my stay. I expected more given the extra payment for the Royal Level. the hotel's good amenities and close proximity to local dining options made the stay enjoyable, despite the few bumps along the way.

We stayed for 4 nights, and the cozy beds and pillows were a real highlight. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to a charming seaside town with incredible paella and the best Canarian potatoes I’ve ever had! !
